Workday HCM Test Lead

Lead Workday HCM and Payroll testing remotely from Canada, using data conversion validation and system integration testing expertise. This contract supports a major provincial transformation.
As Technical Test Lead, you will guide testing across a healthcare organization serving approximately 200,000 employees. The initial 12 month contract covers DCV and SIT readiness, execution, reconciliation, defect resolution, and coordination across business, technical, and implementation partner teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data conversion validation across repeated conversion cycles
Coordinate system integration testing for interfaces and transformations
Manage test readiness, execution, reconciliation, and defect resolution
Coordinate business, technical, and implementation partner teams
Report defects, risks, and test readiness clearly
Requirements:
Five-plus years of enterprise testing or quality assurance experience
Direct Workday HCM, Payroll, conversion, and integrations experience
Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable test-management platforms
Advanced Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis skills
Experience with E2E, payroll parallel, regression, and cutover testing
