Digital Project Delivery Manager

Drive ABB digital project delivery through planning, deployment, and value realization, using cross-functional leadership in a hybrid three-day schedule.
This Digital Project Manager leads project execution while applying basic scheduling techniques to address schedule risks proactively. The position supports digital solutions including APC, APM, Genix, Industrial AI, Analytics, and EMS. It requires delivery against cybersecurity, quality, and ABB governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities according to procedures, standards, and targets
Lead global teams and improve delivery efficiency and profitability
Ensure cybersecurity, quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance
Realize benefits including throughput, energy, reliability, and maintenance improvements
Manage risks, change, customers, stakeholders, and resource utilization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field
Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in technology-driven or building automation environments
PMP certification or formal project management training considered an asset
Willingness to travel up to 10% for execution support
Use digital delivery leadership, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder expertise to execute ABB projects successfully.
