As an Application Development Manager, you will lead distributed teams delivering custom applications and Enterprise Content Management solutions. Your work spans Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, REST integrations, and Agile delivery practices. You will support a leading Canadian financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead custom software design, development, and implementation for ECM assets
Drive architecture decisions across microservices and event-driven applications
Develop Java, Spring Boot, REST, and Kafka integrations
Design AWS Lambda, AWS Batch, and Amazon S3 workflows
Mentor teams and establish testing, security, and reliability practices
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or related college diploma
Minimum seven years software or application development experience
Experience leading development teams or technical workstreams
Agile delivery experience and strong stakeholder management skills
English required; Montreal preferred; office attendance two days weekly
