Solutions Engineering Manager Ottawa

Lead solutions engineering strategy and technical sales support from Kongsberg Geospatial’s hybrid Ottawa office. Guide teams, customers, and business development with software expertise.
As Solutions Engineering Manager, you will manage a growing team and support new business opportunities. Act as technical advisor and solution advocate for Business Development. Collaborate with Engineering to convey customer requirements and guide solutions across Defence and Aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and resource the Solutions Engineering team
Support career development and recruiting activities
Advise Business Development on technical solutions
Develop alternatives meeting customer requirements
Respond to functional and technical RFIs and RFPs
Requirements:
Canadian security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
Post-secondary Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
Five years of software or sales leadership experience
Ten years across development, solutions engineering, or technical sales
Knowledge of mission critical software design and integration
