As Vice President Marketing, you will lead a player-coach function spanning paid media, SEO, web, CRM, design, and reporting. You will launch, measure, learn, and adjust quickly, then roll proven practices across CPP’s clinics. The role also requires building trust with physicians and practice managers by explaining results plainly and connecting marketing activity to clinic outcomes. You will guide local reputation, retention, referral, and promotional work while developing the team and managing partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Personally build campaigns, review accounts, and fix performance issues
Develop AI applications across content, targeting, reporting, and patient journeys
Resolve technology, data, and campaign challenges for digital teams
Standardize best practices from top-performing clinics
Coach teams through goals, feedback, and regular one-on-ones
Requirements:

10+ years marketing experience and 5+ years team leadership
Deep digital expertise with measurable growth results
Marketing analytics fluency and comfort making numerical decisions
Existing use of AI in professional work
Experience with a major CRM or automation platform
Own CPP’s digital growth engine with AI fluency, campaign expertise, analytics, and leadership that earns clinic confidence.
