The Senior Consultant supports the Technology Risk Operations Management Lead across workforce strategy, consulting engagements, and operational priorities. The position covers governance, workforce planning, vendor management, executive reporting, business planning, and process improvement. Experience in technology risk, business operations, program management, consulting, or strategy execution is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Support workforce strategy, resource planning, and organizational design activities
Coordinate consulting engagements, financial tracking, risks, issues, and communications
Drive governance routines, process standardization, reporting, and continuous improvement
Facilitate business reviews, leadership reviews, and governance meetings
Track initiatives, dependencies, decisions, and action items
Requirements:
Knowledge of technology organizations, governance, and operating models
Experience with workforce planning, resource management, or vendor management
Strong executive communication and presentation development skills
Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
