As an Account Manager, you manage an established book for a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO, and web. You will protect renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate with strategists and delivery teams. The goal is one clear client voice across ongoing agency work.
Key Responsibilities:

Own retention across an established recurring client book
Manage client relationships, renewals, and early account warnings
Find and sell additional projects within existing clients
Carry a seven-figure annual retention and upsell quota
Coordinate strategists and delivery teams for clear communication
Requirements:

Agency account management experience is required
Experience in marketing, digital, creative, or advertising agencies
Proven client retention and additional-work sales record
Comfort carrying a quota
Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders
