Key Responsibilities:
Review invoices, vendor documentation, approvals, and scheduled payments
Coordinate month-end close with external accountants
Manage tax filings, registrations, notices, and reporting
Maintain Stripe, Subscript, Hubifi, and QuickBooks platforms
Document processes and identify automation opportunities
Requirements:
Experience in accounting, finance operations, or business operations
Understanding of invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close
Strong spreadsheet skills and financial accuracy
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Stripe, Brex, Carta, or comparable tools
Discretion with confidential financial, employee, and corporate information
Apply accounting expertise, operational judgment, and process improvement skills across finance and business operations in Canada.
