Enterprise Integrations Staff Engineer

Connect Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and other enterprise platforms as EverCommerce’s Canada-based Staff Engineer working fully remotely.
This senior technical leadership role focuses on reliable SaaS integrations, business operations, and secure enterprise delivery. You will partner with Finance, HR, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders while using Workato, REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and custom connectors. You will also guide engineers and architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and translate business needs into architectures
Architect integrations across Salesforce, Workday, and financial platforms
Resolve production incidents and lead root-cause analyses
Enforce authentication, authorization, testing, and compliance controls
Communicate technical trade-offs with executives and business leaders
Requirements:
Experience integrating at least two enterprise technology domains
Strong Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi experience
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, mTLS, Okta, and SCIM
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and data platforms
Exceptional stakeholder management and technical communication skills
Bring enterprise integration, security, data modeling, and leadership expertise to EverCommerce’s distributed engineering organization.
