Civil Engineering Project Lead

Drive civil engineering projects for Brandt Developments in Regina, coordinating designs, consultants, construction inspections, and contract administration activities.
This Lead Civil Engineer position supports subdivision and corporate projects from planning through construction. You will investigate layouts, develop calculations, and prepare engineering reports. The work also includes coordinating architects, engineers, technologists, authorities, contractors, and sub-consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Review preliminary layouts and engineering options
Develop calculations, sketches, designs, and specifications
Coordinate planning, survey, geotechnical, and consultant services
Monitor project costs and schedules as requested
Inspect construction sites and follow up on issues
Requirements:
Civil Engineering degree required
Saskatchewan Professional Engineer license required
AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency required
Five or more consulting office years preferred
Site surveying knowledge and experience is an asset
