Lead EA SPORTS NHL live operations in hybrid Vancouver as a Producer overseeing World of Chel, HUT, and online multiplayer systems.
EA Vancouver seeks an experienced Producer for the Live Team. You will guide Design, Engineering, Art, UI/UX, Product Management, Live Content, and Quality Verification through delivery and ongoing evolution. The work spans production roadmaps, live service releases, community feedback, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead World of Chel and HUT production from pre-production through launch
Translate product vision into prioritized backlogs and sprint roadmaps
Direct seasonal campaigns, content drops, Battle Pass progression, and events
Oversee incident triage, deployment pipelines, and service anomalies
Integrate community sentiment, telemetry, and research into priorities
Requirements:
Seven-plus years of video game production experience
Two-plus years in online multiplayer modes or live services
Experience shipping online features and running post-launch operations
Capacity planning, backlog management, and scope governance experience
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Hansoft, or equivalent tools
Bring live service leadership, stakeholder communication, and player feedback expertise to EA SPORTS NHL’s online experiences.
