As Senior Product Manager, you will own initiatives from problem definition through launch and performance evaluation. You will partner with engineers, designers, commercial teams, and restaurant customers. Your work will shape AI-powered experiences through research, prioritization, prototyping, and iterative development.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead product discovery, development, launches, and performance evaluation
Research restaurant customer needs through qualitative and quantitative signals
Translate insights into strategies, requirements, and roadmaps
Develop AI-powered segmentation, recovery, recommendations, and analytics experiences
Review AI-generated outputs and collaborate with engineers on delivery
Requirements:

At least five years of product management experience
Experience launching and scaling products used by customers
Hands-on experience with AI development tools and agentic workflows
Technical fluency with schemas, queries, pull requests, and trade-offs
Based in Canada or the United States for North American remote work
