This Founders Associate will drive company priorities from concept through execution. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, structure ambiguous challenges, and strengthen operating processes. The work spans strategic decision-making, business operations, and an AI-powered platform transforming public sector procurement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead two to three high-priority projects each quarter
Coordinate supplier sourcing and AI-enabled workflow programmes
Translate complex questions into recommendations and execution plans
Manage leadership, board, investor, and OKR rhythms
Integrate AI tools, agents, and automated workflows
Requirements:

Three to five years in consulting or startup operations
Experience independently managing complex cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication with executives, investors, and partners
Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or MCP servers
Apply strategic thinking, operational ownership, and AI proficiency to advance an innovative public sector procurement platform.
