Assembly Integration Testing Manager
MDA
Lead assembly, integration, and testing at MDA Space while coordinating production activities, schedules, resources, and technical execution across complex programs.
The AIT Manager oversees product or program assembly, integration, and testing to meet customer and company expectations. This manager communicates with internal stakeholders, organizes resources, tracks costs and schedules, and advises program teams. The role also supports manufacturing readiness, equipment commissioning, qualification planning, and production-line improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute manufacturing and production activities
Organize resources for complete AIT phases
Track schedules, costs, estimates, and alternative plans
Provide technical advice and guidance to teams
Report technical and project progress through dashboards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a listed engineering discipline
Seven years in program, project, or project engineering management
Seven years in assembly, integration, or testing
Experience with negotiations, risk, contracts, subcontracting, finance, and US ITAR
Security clearance and Controlled Goods Program assessment eligibility
