This Director of Design role provides creative leadership across commercial interior projects. You will integrate research, strategy, and client needs into cohesive solutions. The position also mentors designers and supports business development through relationships and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead major design pitches and strategically important projects
Establish creative direction, standards, and quality expectations
Guide project direction and provide team design leadership
Present concepts and design development clearly to clients
Mentor designers and advocate for department resources
Requirements:

Ten or more years of interior design experience
Commercial or institutional project experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of BC Building Codes and Building Bylaws
