Real Estate Operations Director

Lead residential property operations at Gestion Zagora across Montreal and surrounding markets, applying leadership and process optimization expertise.
The Director of Operations oversees daily operations for Gestion Zagora’s diverse residential portfolio. This senior leader coordinates departments, supervises managers, and implements operational strategies. The work includes property management, budgeting, KPIs, reporting, compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations across departments and property locations
Implement strategies, policies, procedures, and workflow systems
Supervise managers and operational teams for accountability
Oversee leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and administration
Monitor budgets, KPIs, expenses, projects, and operational reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, real estate, or related field
Five to eight years of relevant management experience
Residential property management and multi-site operations understanding
Budgeting, reporting, KPI, and process optimization experience
English fluency and Microsoft Office proficiency required
