The Pharmacy Department seeks a Registered Pharmacy Technician for its integrated hospital team. The department manages medication procurement, storage, preparation, and delivery. This position requires OCP registration, medication knowledge, effective communication, and careful work under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Support medication procurement, storage, preparation, and delivery
Maintain accuracy across medicine-related processes
Communicate effectively with all levels of staff
Work under minimal supervision within Pharmacy operations
Complete RMH CIVA certification within six months
Requirements:

Complete a CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician program
Pass the PEBC Qualifying Exam and OCP Jurisprudence Exam
Maintain registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Know medication names and dosages
Meet physical requirements and complete required EPIC testing
Bring registered pharmacy technician expertise, medication knowledge, and careful attention to detail to Ross Memorial Hospital’s Pharmacy Department.
