Senior Construction Project Coordinator

Direct full project execution through schedules, budgets, quality, and risk controls. Use Procore, Jonas, and construction administration experience where applicable.
This Project Manager provides on-site leadership while managing complex construction portfolios from planning through completion. The position supports formal schedules, Statements of Work, specifications, dispute resolution, quality issues, and contract obligations. Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project life cycles and report success criteria
Develop schedules, Statements of Work, and required specifications
Ensure progress follows scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
Support negotiations, arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution
Serve as an internal quality control checkpoint
Requirements:
Minimum five years of project management and/or estimating
Knowledge of CCDC 2 contracts and project administration
AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Word, and Excel proficiency
Procore and/or Jonas experience is an asset
Eligible to obtain Secret-Level Security Clearance
Use precise scheduling, quality control, contract administration, and project execution skills to manage demanding construction portfolios.
