As Team Manager, you will guide professionals delivering environmental assessment and management planning services. The position emphasizes team building, talent development, performance management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication. You will support socio-economic impact studies, infrastructure route and site selection, community engagement, and regulatory agency review support.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and retain team members while expanding team capabilities
Support professional development, growth, and learning opportunities
Provide regular feedback and coaching on performance goals
Coordinate resources and support for team success
Facilitate communication with teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
