Direct HVAC maintenance and mechanical services through strong technical leadership, CMMS proficiency, and performance management across a regional operation.
As Regional Operations Manager, you will lead BGIS skilled trades professionals while improving service performance and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include HVAC troubleshooting, lifecycle planning, work order delivery, preventive maintenance, budgeting, scheduling, and technician development. The role also supports codes, refrigerant compliance, and manufacturer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on guidance for HVAC maintenance and repairs
Manage hiring, training, engagement, and performance activities
Optimize scheduling with Dispatch and CMMS teams
Reduce callbacks through root-cause analysis
Implement HVAC processes, standards, and maintenance programs
Requirements:
Eight to ten years of HVAC operations experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and safety requirements
Planning, budgeting, and operational performance management skills
Ability to develop skilled HVAC trades professionals
High computer proficiency, including CMMS platforms
