Salas O’Brien seeks a Construction Administrator/Project Manager for varied building projects, including a major high-profile development. You will guide contract documents and construction administration from design through completion. The work covers commercial, institutional, industrial, and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive day-to-day mechanical project execution
Develop contract documents with your supervisor
Interface with contractors and architectural teams
Review shop drawings, RFIs, and site conditions
Create CCNs and review building systems
Requirements:

At least five years designing mechanical systems
Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology degree
Advanced knowledge of building, ASHRAE, CSA, and NFPA standards
Familiarity with Revit and MS Office Suite
Ontario driver's license and vehicle access
