Construction Health Safety Supervisor
Pagnotta Inc.
Lead construction safety programs with Pagnotta Inc. across Metro Vancouver, applying WorkSafeBC knowledge and multi-site leadership. Travel to BC projects as needed.
The HSE Supervisor maintains a safe, healthy work environment across Pagnotta Inc.'s operations. This position develops policies, oversees compliance, and supports safety staff across multiple locations. It also serves as the principal company representative for environmental health and safety matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop EH&S policies, programs, and training
Promote safety-first practices across projects and divisions
Oversee HSE Coordinators and site safety staff
Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
Maintain COR certification across operations
Requirements:
Construction safety leadership experience with multi-site responsibility
Knowledge of WorkSafeBC OH&S Regulation
Knowledge of BC Employment Standards Act
Knowledge of Canada Labour Code Part II
CSP, CRSP, NCSO, or equivalent designation
