Procurement Contracts Advisor BBA

Strengthen contractual controls at BBA as an Intermediate Procurement Advisor, focusing on compliance, traceability, and commercial evaluations.
In this intermediate position, you will carry out procurement activities alongside project teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include contractual documents, requests for proposals, negotiations, supplier relationships, and approvals. You will also contribute to improving procurement practices and systems for clients in mining, heavy industry, and energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance, traceability, and quality of contractual documents
Oversee requests for proposals and commercial evaluations
Manage supplier relationships and contractual issues
Help manage claims and contractual disputes
Optimize procurement standards, procedures, tools, and systems
Requirements:
At least five years of experience in project procurement
Relevant engineering, administration, logistics, or supply chain education
Sector experience in heavy industry, mining and metals, or energy
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced English and French skills for collaboration
Use procurement governance, contractual documentation, and commercial evaluation expertise to support BBA project teams and stakeholders.
