As Quality Control Manager, you will support the local unit and Local Business Line. Apply inspection methods, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with engineering and cross-functional teams. Your work helps ensure compliant releases and safer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead testing, verification, validation, and quality control activities
Provide engineering feedback on solution and process design
Ensure accurate reporting against ABB, customer, and regulatory standards
Escalate product quality and safety issues to stakeholders
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s engineering degree or relevant technical diploma
Five to ten years in industrial quality, testing, or engineering
Experience with inspection, testing, and validation methods
Familiarity with ISO, IEC, and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Bring quality leadership, validation expertise, and compliance knowledge to ABB’s product and system control activities.
