You develop talent, encourage engagement, and serve as practice leader for a Personal Services business line. Your work connects business priorities with the third-party roadmap while supporting sound risk management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage team results, performance, quality, and partner satisfaction
Develop training and skills development strategies
Connect business-line priorities with the third-party roadmap
Maintain accurate performance and third-party risk dashboards
Mentor advisors on analyses, strategies, and case management
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum eight years of relevant experience
Experience managing or mentoring professionals
Experience in third-party and change management
French required; executive presentations and communications experience
Bring third-party management, change leadership, risk awareness, and talent development expertise to Desjardins Personal Services.
