Franchise Operations Leadership Manager
Pizza Nova
Represent Pizza Nova in the field by developing franchisee relationships, strengthening teams, and advancing brand standards across Southern Ontario locations.
This District Manager serves as a key liaison between franchisees and Accounting, Marketing, Real Estate, and Store Development. You will champion Pizza Nova values, influence partners, and provide hands-on coaching that improves leadership, operational execution, and results. Regular travel and flexible scheduling are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion Pizza Nova cultural values with integrity and passion
Build franchisee and store team leadership capabilities
Ensure health and safety policies are consistently followed
Remove operational barriers and drive positive change
Liaise with Support Office departments and franchisees
Requirements:
Strong relationship-building and coaching skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to influence partners and build credibility
Minimum five years’ progressive industry experience
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required
