HVAC Field Service Manager

Lead HVAC service operations in Markham as a full-time Field Manager, directing technicians and installers while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Enercare Home Services seeks a Field Manager reporting to the General Manager. You will manage HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation teams covering furnaces, air conditioning, boilers, water heaters, and energy-related products. The role includes operational targets, customer satisfaction, sales leadership, cost control, and local travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage field technicians and installers against service and productivity standards
Ensure team generates sales leads and contract sales
Forecast manpower and coordinate workload with the Call Centre
Resolve operational problems with internal support teams and suppliers
Maintain quality control under codes and gas safety regulations
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of the HVAC industry
Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
Sales leadership and staff motivation capabilities
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, technical, and computer skills
