Director Global Procurement Store Development
Lululemon Athletica Inc.
Lead global procurement strategy for lululemon’s retail environments from Vancouver, using category expertise, sourcing discipline, and commercial judgment.
This full-time Director partners with Global Design, Store Development, Construction, Facilities, and Procurement leaders. The role shapes supplier ecosystems, commercial frameworks, cost models, and negotiations across retail and corporate environments. It supports decisions from concept and planning through sourcing, delivery, build-out, and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with enterprise priorities
Optimize total cost of ownership through annual productivity improvements
Define sourcing roadmaps and prioritize categories and events
Build strategic partnerships across global and regional design teams
Lead and develop team members aligned to lululemon values
Requirements:
10+ years of procurement experience
Leadership across store development, construction, facilities, or related categories
Experience developing supplier ecosystems and complex negotiations
Experience operating across geographies, supplier markets, or regions
Preferred MBA, SCMP, CPSM, MCIPS, or related qualification
Bring senior procurement leadership, stakeholder influence, and category management expertise to lululemon’s global store development strategy.
