Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business process sessions for proposed designs
Identify system limitations, gaps, and support requirements
Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
Support payroll and workforce management solutions
Collaborate with global teams and client stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven Solution Architect experience in Global Payroll implementations
Experience with Time & Attendance implementations
Strong payroll legislation and compliance understanding across regions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferred
