Olsson seeks a seasoned Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey crews and drafting technicians. This position combines project management, client service, training, estimates, proposals, and financial oversight. You will support accurate surveying across property, right-of-way, boundary, ALTA, platting, land division, and topographic work.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong client relationships throughout surveying projects
Lead survey crews and drafting technicians
Manage projects, schedules, deliverables, and budgets
Train and mentor surveying staff
Own estimates, proposals, and project financial performance
Requirements:

Professional Land Surveyor credential required
Five to ten years performing and managing land surveys
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate and work well on teams
