Materials Handling Project Manager
Worley
Manage materials handling engineering projects for Worley from Vancouver, BC, combining project leadership with equipment sizing, design, and client engagement.
This senior position supports Worley Consulting’s Mechanical and Materials Handling Group across mining, ports, marine terminals, and industrial sectors. You will manage engineering work packages involving scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and deliverables. The work spans studies, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage engineering scopes, work packages, schedules, budgets, and resources
Support proposals, estimates, execution strategies, procurement, and construction
Build relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Identify technical risks and develop solutions to complex project issues
Provide technical direction, coaching, and mentorship to engineers
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant engineering experience
Experience leading projects through procurement and commissioning
Demonstrated multidisciplinary coordination and project management experience
Strong technical, procurement, organizational, and problem-solving skills
P.Eng. registration in British Columbia or EGBC eligibility
