Ciklum is seeking a senior software developer for a cross-functional development team. You will provide independent technical coverage during U.S. hours while collaborating with the Product Owner. Your work will support onboarding, issue resolution, requirements translation, and product maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support coverage during U.S. business hours
Support and onboard new clients with the Product Owner
Resolve technical issues affecting the product
Translate client requirements into technical solutions
Improve and maintain ongoing product development
Requirements:

Technical proficiency in software development
Personable approach when working directly with clients
Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservice architecture
PHP 8+ and Symfony for backend and APIs
Vue for customer-facing and administrative dashboards
Bring senior software development, Kubernetes, Vue, and client-facing troubleshooting experience to Ciklum’s Canadian engineering team.
