As Producer for EA Vancouver’s Live Team, you will lead production across online multiplayer modes. You will align goals, milestones, and deliverables while managing scope, backlogs, sprint roadmaps, and dependencies. The work includes live releases, player feedback, telemetry, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead World of Chel and HUT production through launch
Translate product vision into prioritized backlogs and sprint roadmaps
Direct seasonal campaigns, content drops, and competitive events
Oversee live incident triage and rapid-response workflows
Integrate community sentiment and telemetry into backlog priorities
Requirements:

Seven-plus years of video game production experience
Two-plus years with online multiplayer modes or live services
Experience shipping online features and managing post-launch operations
Knowledge of live service mechanics and deployment pipelines
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Hansoft, or equivalent tools
