Lead a technology services PMO through project governance, portfolio oversight, and resource planning across customer delivery engagements.
The PMO Lead establishes and improves the Project Management Office for a mid-sized technology solutions provider. This leadership role works across Professional Services, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Managed Services. It leads Project Managers and Project Coordinators while standardizing delivery processes, managing risks, and supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop PMO strategy aligned with corporate objectives
Define governance standards, methodologies, and best practices
Oversee customer-facing technology delivery portfolios
Lead operational reviews and executive reporting
Standardize project delivery processes across practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
10+ years of project management experience
5+ years leading a PMO or project team
Technology VAR, integrator, MSP, or consulting experience
Complex multi-million-dollar program management experience
