As Vice President, People Business Partners and Talent Development, you will oversee the People Business Partner and Learning & Development teams. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will advise executive leadership and build talent systems for 2,000+ Clions globally. The role connects workforce planning, learning, performance, and organizational design.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee People Business Partner and Learning & Development teams
Unify talent strategy with targeted learning interventions
Lead executive succession and organizational design strategy
Oversee AI-augmented learning environment transition
Refine performance management and global people strategy
Requirements:
10+ years leading high-growth People teams
Deep People Business Partner and talent development experience
Understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, and LTV
Proven large-scale change management experience
Executive influence and internal product-building experience
Lead Clio’s global people strategy by integrating business partnering, learning, succession, and performance management expertise.
