Senior Platform Product Manager

Own Quo’s billing, identity, and compliance platforms as a Senior Product Manager in a remote-first company serving 120,000 businesses.
This senior product management role spans platform, infrastructure, and backend-facing systems. You will turn complex problems into shipped products, write clear specifications, and partner with engineering, finance, security, legal, and compliance operations. The work supports correctness and customer trust at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Own metering, entitlements, invoicing, payments, and failed-payment recovery
Translate pricing and packaging into enforceable system behavior
Manage account lifecycle, authentication, SSO, roles, and permissions
Oversee telecom compliance, deliverability, fraud, and platform integrity
Build roadmaps and partner on system design, data models, and APIs
Requirements:
Five or more years in product management
Experience owning platform, infrastructure, or backend-facing products
Record shipping technically complex, cross-functional systems
Ability to defend tradeoffs in high-correctness domains
Ability to ramp quickly on regulated technical domains
Bring platform product leadership, technical judgment, and cross-functional collaboration to Quo’s billing, identity, and compliance systems.
