Senior Privacy Operations Specialist

Own Quo’s privacy operations with expertise in data subject requests and information security across a remote-first company.
This senior individual-contributor role operates Quo’s privacy and data governance program. You will turn CCPA/CPRA and PIPEDA requirements into controls, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain defensible request processes. The work spans privacy engineering, data governance, risk, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Own intake, verification, fulfillment, and closure for data subject requests
Build dashboards reporting volume, turnaround, exceptions, and deadline compliance
Maintain data inventories and data-flow maps across systems
Develop controls for retention, deletion, consent, and preferences
Coordinate audit evidence, risk assessments, and remediation planning
Requirements:
Significant experience operating privacy or data governance programs
Experience running DSR workflows across multiple systems and teams
Working knowledge of CCPA/CPRA and PIPEDA
Understanding of APIs, databases, identity systems, SaaS, and cloud environments
Strong communication and judgment with sensitive requests
