Lead partner onboarding, integrations, and operational systems at Thumbtack in a virtual-first model supporting teams across the U.S. and Philippines.
As Manager, Operational Foundations, you will manage three to four people within Partner Operations. You will strengthen onboarding, partner finance, reporting, internal tooling, and support capabilities. The work combines APIs, integrations, automation, and cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

Own partner onboarding from application through launch
Track conversion, bottlenecks, and time to integration
Oversee integration support and escalation paths
Build knowledge bases and self-serve troubleshooting resources
Set tooling and automation strategy for Business Development
Requirements:

5+ years in partnership, developer, technical, or business operations
2+ years managing and developing people
Experience improving onboarding or support processes
Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and data flows
Strong analytical and program-management skills
Bring systems thinking, people leadership, and technical fluency to scale Thumbtack’s partner operations foundation.
