Key Responsibilities:
Design and scale agentic workflows and personalized AI features
Build production-ready LLM applications, agents, and supporting tools
Develop evaluation frameworks for performance, quality, and regressions
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on reusable infrastructure
Adapt solutions as technologies and industry developments evolve
Requirements:
Four to six-plus years of software engineering experience
Strong backend development foundation
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript; Go is advantageous
Production experience with LLM-powered applications and workflows
Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and model trade-offs
