Full Stack Software Engineer Capital Systems

Build full stack platforms for Aff’s Capital Orchestration team while working remotely in Canada with Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
As a Software Engineer II, you will develop systems supporting liquidity, loan asset transactions, and capital movement. You will build scalable products, integrate data pipelines, and create thoughtful workflows for business counterparts. The work involves event processing, batch processing, and collaboration across engineering, product management, design, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Build platforms reconciling transactions across systems, partners, and cash movements
Integrate data pipelines from varied products and systems
Develop user experiences supporting business workflows
Improve designs, code quality, and testing with engineers
Monitor metrics and support operational availability and on-call efforts
Requirements:
Two or more years of software engineering experience
Fluency in full stack or back end development
Experience launching and maintaining products at scale
Proficiency with agentic coding
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, React, Airflow, Spark, or SQL
