Vice President Retail Branch Leadership

Lead retail branch strategy and service delivery at ACU in a hybrid Winnipeg-based executive banking role. Champion teams, members, and communities.
As Vice President, Retail Branches, you will contribute to ACU’s strategic goals and lead a geographic branch portfolio. The role emphasizes leadership, advice-based service, business planning, compliance, and values-based banking. You will support rural, agricultural, and Francophone communities while advancing member experience and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing retail branch teams
Execute annual business plans supporting ACU’s strategic plan
Advance proactive advice and service delivery
Resolve escalated member complaints and remove service pain points
Support Board reviews, reports, recommendations, and policies
Requirements:
Related degree and ten years of cross-functional experience
Minimum five years of management experience or equivalent
Financial services sector experience required
Experience coaching successful sales teams required
English and French skills preferred; valid driver’s licence required
Bring strategic leadership, banking operations expertise, and coaching strength to ACU’s retail branches across Manitoba.
