Own cash flow and financial operations as a Fractional CFO for a profitable DTC pet brand, working fully remotely one to two days weekly.
The company generates over $50M annually and is scaling toward $100M+. You will run finances end to end across Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy. The work includes subscriptions, inventory cash cycles, monthly closes, payments, tax filings, budgets, credit lines, and lender relationships. This hands-on role works closely with the founder and bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain weekly 13-week cash flow forecasts
Close books monthly with the outside bookkeeper
Run contractor, supplier, freight, and affiliate payments
Project subscriptions and cash conversion cycles
Manage credit lines and lender relationships
Requirements:

CFO or VP Finance experience at a $30M+ DTC brand
Hands-on monthly close and 13-week cash flow experience
Shopify and Amazon payout reconciliation experience
Inventory- or receivables-backed credit facility experience
Sales tax and corporate tax filing experience
Bring hands-on ecommerce finance leadership, forecasting, controls, and capital experience to a growing premium pet products brand.
