Ashby, Inc. is seeking a Support Systems Engineer to own and evolve our support platforms. You’ll lead implementations, migrations, and integrations, coordinating with IT, RevOps, and Engineering to connect tools and workflows while keeping data reliable and accessible.
You’ll design routing, SLAs, and reporting, drive change management, and act as the long‑term steward for our ticketing and support systems so the team can scale without friction.
