Licensed Insolvency Trustee Restructuring
Farber Debt Solutions
Farber seeks a Licensed Insolvency Trustee for remote assessments, creditor negotiations, and estate filings, supported by complex insolvency knowledge. Work is remote.
This trustee role serves Farber’s nationwide debt solution operations and supports administrative work connected with Statements of Receipts and Disbursements. You may conduct in-person assessments at assigned non-resident offices and assist local teams with technical client challenges. Corporate insolvency and restructuring experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct remote and required in-person debtor assessments
Chair creditor meetings and negotiate where applicable
Accept new estates under your LIT license
Support local teams with technical client challenges
Complete assigned management and administration duties
Requirements:
Licensed Insolvency Trustee license in Canada
Five years of insolvency practice experience minimum
Corporate or complex insolvency experience is an asset
Restructuring file experience is an asset
Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours preferred
