Bakery Equipment Reliability Manager

Drive bakery equipment reliability at Wonderbrands through preventive maintenance, technical leadership, and production-focused problem solving.
As Maintenance Manager, you provide overall direction for daily maintenance planning and repairs across production equipment. You will pursue measurable improvements in production line efficiency, trends, and bakery priorities. The position also supports contractors and corporate maintenance resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Use information tools to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
Provide technical leadership for service and installation
Maintain equipment reliability targets within budget
Develop and enforce employee training plans
Comply with HACCP and SQF Level 2 requirements
Requirements:
Three to five years supervising maintenance in production
Food production maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical capabilities
Familiarity with automated process and packaging technology
Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP/BPCS experience
Bring equipment reliability, production improvement, and technical leadership skills to Wonderbrands’ bakery maintenance team.
