This senior project manager replaces a consultant on an evolving CRM project and executes its established direction. The work centers on large-scale implementations, ideally Salesforce, involving integrations, multiple teams, and dependencies. Success requires validating content, following up on deliverables, anticipating risks, and synthesizing issues for decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the established direction without redesigning the project
Structure, organize, challenge, and advance project work
Follow up on content and successive deliverable revisions
Communicate strategically with managers and decision-makers
Anticipate risks and prepare mitigation scenarios
Requirements:
Seven to ten years of professional experience
Senior project management in complex CRM implementations
Salesforce experience preferred, though not exclusive
Documented steering committee or senior management interactions
Experience with iterative, agile, or hybrid contexts
Use Salesforce CRM implementation knowledge, iterative delivery, and risk anticipation to strengthen an established project direction.
