Digital Tools Business Specialist Aerospace

Lead digital tools for Airbus A220 Technical Publications in Mirabel, applying project management and information technology expertise to support accurate deliverables.
As a Digital Tools Business Specialist, you will serve as the focal point for applications and related processes. You will represent Technical Publications functions, translate operational needs into requirements, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Your work supports Maintenance and Service Bulletins produced and distributed in every media format.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage intake, prioritization, ownership, and resolution of digital tool issues
Coordinate incidents and service disruptions through effective stakeholder communication
Support requirements, testing, deployment, and adoption of digital solutions
Maintain KPIs and report priorities through weekly and monthly reviews
Advance roadmap initiatives, automation, standardization, and user experience improvements
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field
At least five years of relevant professional experience
Experience in project management and digital transformation
Ability to use Jira, ServiceNow, Arbortext, and Google Workspace
Advanced written and spoken French and English communication skills
