As an Expert in Fiduciary Services, you will administer estates, trusts and protection mandates within National Bank Trust. Your work combines estate law, notarial practice, legal research and client service. You will report to the Director of Fiduciary Services on a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate legal activities and meet established file deadlines
Analyze wills and legal documents throughout file administration
Recommend actions to the Director of Fiduciary Services
Oversee file progress, closure and stakeholder updates
Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments
Requirements:

Membership in the Chambre des notaires du Québec
Relevant experience settling estates or administering trusts
Experience providing advice and client service
Knowledge of wills and property administration obligations
French and English language proficiency for client service
