SAP S/4HANA Cutover Coordinator

Coordinate SAP S/4HANA cutover activities in Montreal’s hybrid model, using disciplined controls, stakeholder communication, and detailed deployment tracking.
This experienced SAP Deployment and Cutover Coordinator supports a major ERP transformation. You will manage regional governance, coordinate command teams, and track SAP S/4HANA and BTP migration phases. The work supports go-live stability, security, business continuity, and hypercare transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own regional cutover control packs and action tracking
Coordinate updates across command teams, vendors, and leadership
Track completion evidence and hypercare transitions end-to-end
Support SAP S/4HANA and BTP migration stabilization
Collaborate with SAP, PMO, QA, Security, and BASIS teams
Requirements:
Experience coordinating SAP deployment, cutover, testing, or command activities
Strong attention to detail and disciplined control management
Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with SAP, BTP, integration, testing, and defect terminology
English and French bilingual proficiency; Spanish is advantageous
