Industrial Construction Planner Scheduler
Graham
Plan industrial construction projects with Graham using Primavera P6, critical path analysis, and schedule forecasting near Fort McMurray. Work four days on, three days off.
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Planner/Scheduler supports medium to high complexity industrial construction projects. You will develop schedules, monitor performance, identify risks, and coordinate stakeholders. Your work supports safe, timely, and budget-conscious project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain schedules aligned with contracts and milestones
Prepare updates, look-ahead plans, reports, and forecasts
Analyze critical paths, risks, delays, and recovery strategies
Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, clients, and subcontractors
Support bids, resources, budgets, cash flow, and changes
Requirements:
Diploma in construction management, engineering technology, or related discipline
Minimum five years’ industrial construction planning experience
Advanced Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience with critical path analysis and project controls
Relevant project controls certifications considered assets
